Stacy is a native Houstonian who has lived in the central area of Houston all her life. She is an experienced, real estate professional with more than 12 years of real estate background. Stacy began in real estate by personally investing in the local real estate market by “flipping” homes with her husband.

Since 2005, she has been focusing primarily on residential real estate. She provides her clients with service that goes the “extra-mile”. She has clients who range from being first time home Buyers who are looking for that perfect "starter home", to individuals with a substantial real estate portfolio and are in search of some of the most sought after properties in Houston.

With her past experience in renovation and remodeling of homes, one of the “extras” that Stacy offers her Seller clients is her "Staging" services. This is the best way for a prospective home Seller to substantially increase the desirability and value of their home. Staging a home not only helps a property sell within a shorter amount of time on the market, it almost guarantees a higher market price for the home. Carrie Consolvo is a native Houstonian and graduate of University of Houston.  After her graduation from college, and prior to becoming a real estate agent, Carrie had a successful career in the technology staffing industry.  Integral to her success was her ability to understand the needs of her clients and find creative solutions that exceeded other's expectations.  As a result, Carrie was a recognized leader in the Houston market and built a reputation among her clients and peers as a trusted partner and advisor.
